2016 - 2018
Tintyava Gardens is the new project of Filto-S. This is a closed type complex and it will offer its future occupants a quality new way of life in the modern city. It is designed to satisfy all needs of comfort, security and aesthetics of the adjacent parts, as well as to offer its residents serenity and comfortable conditions for raising children. The complex is located in immediate proximity to the Diana National Sports Complex and Loven Park (Hunting Park). The area has excellently built infrastructure connections and sites.

2014 - 2015
In the summer of 2014 we started the construction of a residential building called Motopista NOVA, which we finished 2 years later. Undoubtedly it has become one of the masterpieces of Filto-C. We have been able to fully implement our ideas for an ideal city home and have built them up with the careful choices and the introduction of material and technological innovations. We created the best possible building - a stylish and functional, a building with optimal modern conveniences and completed urban development activities.

2008 - 2013
In 2008 Filto-S worked on 4 ongoing sites: the buildings in Todor Alexandrov Blvd., the third and fourth parts of the Motopista Complex, and on the project of Cite Jardin where we were to face the hardest financial and management times. Cite Jardin was a major project the implementation of which took five years. Striving to create a modern living environment with all necessary conveniences, we concentrated a large part of our abilities on building the infrastructure of the complexes of Cite Jardin and Motopista. Although, on the face of it, these efforts did not bring direct financial dividends, in the long run they were decisive for the success of our projects.

2007
The work on the third and fourth parts of the Motopista Complex was started in that year. We managed to sell 90% of the premises within the buildings even before they were built. We are particularly proud of the fact that the infrastructure of the complex, as well as Rikardo Vakarini Street, was built entirely using our means and efforts. Тhe construction of the northern part of Cite Jardin was also at its height. In 2007 we commissioned the buildings at 21 Kozyak Str., in Buzludzha Str. and the second part of the Motopista Complex. All homes in the building were sold before their completion, and a few months later 80% of the retail areas were occupied and used as intended.

2006
In 2006 we designed and started the construction of the building at 26-28 Todor Alexandrov Blvd. We can boldly declare that this building represents a unique product combining modern architecture, functionality and innovation. The project was complicated for implementation not only due to its proximity to the subway but also because we had to build three levels of underground garages. The construction of that remarkable building took three years. Nowadays many offices and as well as the head office of Pro Credit Bank – Bulgaria, are located in that building. In 2006 we also started work on the project of Cite Jardin financed both by Filto-s and by our partners, Torin Tonchev Ltd. Оne of our greatest victories there was the building of roads, power and water supply, sewerage, gas supply and communications, as well as the fact that at the present point the green areas around the buildings occupy more than 40% of the whole plot.

2005
In 2005 Filto-S started the construction of second part of the Motopista Complex, and also construction in 31 Buzludzha Str. In the same year we commissioned the buildings in Kopernik Blvd., at 6 Nikolay Ostrovski Str., in 13 Chervena Roza Str. and the clinic of Dr. Shterev. Inspired by closed complexes which we have examined in Spain, France and Portugal, we came to the idea for starting a new large-scale project called Cite Jardin - again, a joint idea with Torin Tonchev Ltd. Cite Jardin complex was designed with low-rising construction, open spaces, many green areas, shops, a swimming pool, a gym, a bank and a kindergarten. A phenomenon which is rare to see in our capital even today.

2004
In 2004 we started the construction of the residental complex - Motopista and also the building located at present at 21A Kozyak Str. The realization of the first part of the Motopista Complex started with the construction of a very large number of underground garages to take the main part of the vehicles owned by the residents of the building. In spite of all the obstacles we met, the product was created as we had always imagined it. The finalized complex was appreciated not only by the Bulgarian, but also by the foreign customers.

2003
In 2003 we started the construction of three new sites: at 15 Trakia Str., in 6 Hikolay Ostrovski Str. and in 13 Chervena Roza Str., and finished 3 other sites: 6 Vasil Aprilov Str., 26 Elemag Str. and at 87-89 Dondukov Blvd. We focused on increasing the share of construction of office premises in Sofia by the creation of modern and functional buildings. Thus, in the next 2 years Filto-S began the construction of two sites, remarkable for their innovative approach and modern look - those at 15 Trakia Str. and in the streets of Paris and Stara Planina.

2002
We started the construction of the Elemag complex which is still remarkable for its modern architecture, its functional interior perimeter, shops and recreation areas. In that year we also worked full-scale on the Motopista project. Although the concept was high-scale and we often met difficulties, we managed to complete it in less than 5 years. From the very beginning we stuck to the idea of a modern and functional complex with distinct architecture and green areas. We paid special attention to the vertical design, landscaping and urban development. The Motopista Complex, being fully functional at present, was a key step in our development.

2001
In that year we started the construction of two new sites and completed another two. Encouraged by the praises we received for the building in Nikola Vaptsarov Blvd., we turned our attention to projects more complex conceptually and more difficult for implementation. As closed residential complexes having their own internal infrastructure were already rated highly and gained well-deserved trust, we united our efforts with the company of Torin Tonchev Ltd. to create not simply apartment buildings but a cozy ambience and a peaceful living environment. More than ever we focused on the exterior of the buildings and the adjacent infrastructure. We also paid great attention to the parking space problem which was already pressing in Sofia, as well as to recreation areas.

2000
In 2000 we started two new sites and commissioned another three: at 3 Lerin Str., at 66-70 Dondukov Blvd. and Simeonovo HPP. Two hundred homes were delivered. In addition to that we began applying a number of new methods and technologies in construction such as polypropylene pipes, mineral coats, new waterproofing and thermal insulation materials. Each change was inspired by the desire to create a quality product and to reduce considerably the future costs of our customers.

1999
In 1999 Filto-S delivered 4 sites and started the construction of 4 new ones. That year brought us our first international recognition: we were invited to Madrid to receive a prize from Editorial Office for one of the best-developing private companies in Eastern Europe. Another important event for our company was the commissioning of the workshop for aluminum frames at out facility in Iliyantsi. The increase of our capacity and business scope has not stopped and now we have our own workshop for kitchen furniture and interior doors named Hello Home.

1998
In 1998 we operated on nine ongoing sites in total. We deliberately diversified our business in various but more prestigious areas of Sofia, thus meeting the requirements of a wider group of customers. In that year the new market mechanisms and restoring the trust in the banking system revived the construction industry and it started operating faster. We already had well-built teams in each area and, most importantly, a clear idea of who we were, what we wanted to achieve and what was in store for us.

1997
In 1997 we started the construction of three new sites: buildings at 66-70 and 72 Dondukov Blvd. and the building of Orel JSC. Apart from that, five other sites were entered into operation. By that time Dondukov Boulevard shaped as the area where we had most of our operations. Such other location was Trakia Street where we were constructing three buildings. In spite of the bank crises at that time, an increasing number of land owners contacted us with proposals to work together. In that respect, due to the professionally implemented projects we managed to turn the negative aspects of the banking crisis into capital and to establish our name on the Bulgarian market.

1996
In that year we started the construction on our new sites, located at 12 Trakia Str. and in Hristo Kovachev Str. We also delivered three buildings at 12-14 Kishinev Str., in Hubavka Str. and at 22-24 Banat Str. In 1996 we also performed finishing works on eleven buildings under construction. We performed a number of internal reorganizations and improved the stage of building operations. We built our office located at 45 Lerin Str. and invested in young specialists. We turned into a stable company having a clear vision of the future thanks to our reliable intuition, experience and expertise.

1995
1995 was indisputably one of the years in which we gathered momentum. We started the construction of three new apartment buildings as an investor. Ten other sites were under construction. That was the time we started our first innovative projects. We gradually began to use the most modern methods applied in global construction. In order to make a reputation as a reliable construction company, we had to purchase our own Monolithic in-situ cast concrete structures, to procure company transport and production facilities.

1990 - 1994
Our first sites were building orders such as Videomax-Lyulin, and Bakarena Fabrika. Not long after that, in the period 1992-1994, we had the opportunity to finance our projects independently. The first project for the construction of a building in which Filto-S participated as an investor is located in Kyustendza Str., Sofia. In the same period we started the construction of ten other sites, mostly apartment buildings. We took part in two projects of a different nature: Florina and Autokam, production and industrial building. What was of upmost importance for us in these first years was our establishment as valuable and responsible company to gain experience and to establish ourselves as a company of value and responsibility.
